I have worked at R-B Financial/Mortgages, Inc. since 2004. After graduating from college, I took what I assumed was a temporary position answering phones. That temporary position eventually grew into roles as a loan processor, office manager and eventually a full-time loan originator. I had the pleasure of learning firsthand from our founder Ralph F. Buccinno. He instilled the core values that we not only utilize as a company but that I personally subscribe to.
